How to Invest
For all direct investments, complete the necessary forms (below) and email us the ‘Know Your Client’ (KYC) documents required by the Financial Intelligence Centre Amendment (FICA) Act. Your documents will be reviewed, and you will receive an Investor Number if all is in order. The final step is to transfer your investment directly to the bank account of the relevant fund using your allocated Investor Number as reference – it’s that simple. You will receive monthly statements (and an annual tax report) from the independent administrator (SANNE).

The Management Company maintains a strong internal control structure to minimise risk of operational and financial failure.
You need to complete an application form to invest. Note that there are separate forms for individuals (natural persons) and for legal entities.

Our funds are available on most major investment platforms, including the ones listed below. These platforms also offer our funds via Living Annuities and Endowments. If you do not see our funds on your preferred investment platform, please reach out to us for assistance.
In addition to the platforms listed above, our funds are also available ‘on request’ via certain other major platforms – please contact the platform to request access, or reach out to us for assistance. If you invest via a platform, you will not receive monthly statements from SANNE but may receive statements from the platform/advisor, depending on your arrangement with them.
